Do you own a home or want to buy in the St. Pete area?
The city has now increased the density zones that allow you to build carriage homes, also known as accessory dwelling units, on your lot.
This comes just in time to encourage a positive economic increase as we near closer to a recession, as these units can be rented out if desired.
To verify if an ADU is allowed on your property, please email your request for verification to DevRev@stpete.org, including your address. For those who qualify, loans are offered that help fund your build-approved ADU designs.
